• Within 7 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the course content
• Before Batch Starts: 100% refund if you cancel before the live sessions begin
• After Batch Starts: Refund eligibility depends on course completion percentage

How to Cancel

To cancel your enrollment:

2. Provide your enrollment ID and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will process your request within 24 hours
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee:

• If you're not satisfied with the course content within 7 days, get a full refund
• No questions asked policy for the first 7 days
• Must not have completed more than 20% of the course
• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

• After completing more than 20% of the course
• After the 7-day money-back guarantee period
• If certification has been issued
